Job Description
  • Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations.
  • Manage ordering of supplies and keep track of inventory levels.
  • In charge of spearheading any R&D required for new products and coming up with new flavors for the company.
  • Ensure that the quality of ingredients are prime and kept up to the utmost hygiene standards
  • Handle the mixing of dough, shaping, baking, filling and decorating
  • Handle the cooking and proper storage of cream and buns.
  • Handle opening and closing of the outlet
  • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are kept clean and stored properly.
  • Ensure that product output is up to company standard
  • Ensure that product output keeps up with customer demands.
  • Make sure kitchen is always clean before and after operations.
  • Managing and keeping track of the receiving of new orders and any changes to their order or delivery/self collection date.
  • Must be experienced in baking and preferably specialising in bread
  • Minimum 1 year of baking experience or working in a kitchen full time.
  • Hard working, responsible and a good communicator
  • Must own a food hygiene certificate.
  • Proficient in spoken English
